Tavon had done many stupid things in his life. Beating a Turned spellcaster over the head was probably the stupidest. Time seemed to slow down. He saw in slow motion the way Lykon doubled over in pain and sensed the flares of magic from the two masked men behind him. The point where the mind of the Turned is devoured by their magic and the spellcaster goes on a killing rampage, specifically targeting other spellcasters. Soulstone.
